The colour and treatment was good. Washing hair was a horrible experience as the basins are very low and not adjustable. Water came into my during washing and developed an ear infection. Hair cut was not up to scratch with long uneven pieces remaining. Maybe next time check whether the cut is even before sending a customer home. The staff has a tendency to argue in the salon, making for an uncomfortable experience. I believe in honest feedback and this is me being honest.

I would recommend Sophia and her salon to anyone that loves a pampering experience, wonderful hospitality and talented staff. Sophia really knows hair and is a master at her trade! Not to mention the nail tech who will go above and beyond your expectations! The salon is a true haven of zen, matching the treatment you receive, which includes a relaxing back massage at the start. The attention to detail is top class., it reminds me of being back home in the UK, which has been a long time coming…a gem, the start of something so many ladies have been looking for! Another brilliant experience in Ushine, Anoop waxed and tinted my eyebrows and waxed facial hair, Anoop done a brilliant job, thankyou.
