Nao was very attentive and thoughtful throughout my session. I went in for a cut, treatment and colour with him, and told him my requirements (e.g. I didn't want to use bleach, I wanted it to be low maintenance etc) and he was very forthcoming about the options available to meet those needs. We did need to use a translator sometimes but I appreciated that he tried to ensure accuracy in comms, rather than assume what I wanted. In the end, I got a colour that I LOVE, with a haircut that meets my expectations, plus an amazing styling to top it off! Big thank you Nao for this hair refresh!

Had my first haircut with Satoeri, and it was an amazing experience! She started by giving thoughtful recommendations based on the reference I showed her, ensuring the cut would suit me well. Throughout the session, she was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere rather than the usual stiff salon experience. The haircut turned out exactly as I wanted, and she even shared helpful tips on achieving the curls I love when styling my hair. I’ll definitely be returning to Satoeri for future haircuts!

Hey Skuare Team! Bigggg thanks!! I was styled and washed by Nana and Tasha, and from the moment I entered the boutique, I didn't feel out of place or intimidated at all despite the ongoing renovation. Talking to the staff was like chatting with friends even though this was my first time here. Loved the haircut and styling by Nana, brought back bounce to my curls! Enjoyed the wash done by Tasha, was meticulous, gentle and informative. Definitely recommend! Ps: guys cn visit too, there were a few male clients with dope haircuts.

I love my haircut so so much! Jake is so friendly :D Im neurodivergent so i was a little awkward here and there (i struggle with making conversations haha) but my experience here was still amazing! I felt safe and welcomed :3 (usually with other hair salons i feel very suffocated). Jake was very gentle when he was cutting and styling my hair which i appreciate alot!! I cant wait to come back here hehe :D Oh i couldnt get the ladys name but when she was shampooing my hair, her massage was SOOOOO AMAZING!! I almost ascended into heaven haha I LOVE MY NEW HAIRRRRR!!! <3

Overall excellent experience. The hair wash was relaxing. Ice coffee was refreshing. Jun’s cut and styling was spot on. He had an eye on why suited me and hair cut fell very nicely. Great cut. Staff were also very friendly.

It was my first visit to the salon and everything was great! Staffs are generally quite experienced and skilled in haircut, shampooing, massaging and hairstyling. Thanks to my stylist DK who gave professional advices for my haircut and colouring in addition to my own preferences. It was indeed satisfying! I went to Jo: Hwa Hair & Living for my haircut and booked an appointment with Jun. I told him I wanted a new look, and he was very patient and professional in giving advice. I later went back for my perm and treatment. It’s a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. My daughter also went for a haircut, perm, and colour. I had a pleasant first visit at flamingo with stylist Hiro. He is during the haircut. The hair wash was relaxing and he really takes time drying my hair to have a nicely layered voluminous look. He also gives advice for maintaining healthy hair and for styling. I really enjoyed the service. The salon has a beautiful interior and a cozy atmosphere, perfect spot to relax.

Felix is a master of colour! Today, I asked to go lighter on my ends in a balayage style and then maintain my dark root smudge to cover greys and allow a natural colour grow out. He seamlessly blended these colours, avoiding brassiness in the blonde whilst allow a rich dark chocolate coloured root. He understands how to maintain the health of my hair, only lightening strategically so I can avoid unnecessary bleaching. So grateful for the art he brings to hair styling. Xx M
