Was anxious cause its my first time cutting my hair here in newcastle, but they were all friendly and provide good customer service. Elle did my hair and it was perfect! Love how she was very passionate in creating layers and framing for my hair. Love the finishing look, place, service, and hairdresser.

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊

Had the pleasure to book in advance with Zoey Mathers in lead up to my 21st birthday celebration. I first had a consultation of a patch test where this knew which hairstyle I exactly wanted as it was my first time going permanent. I went for a balayage ordinary rinse, cut and blow dry applying a full head of fine sun-kiss babylights and toner for finish. The brunette to blonde dye from face and half through the hair was all over (roots to tips) to block out the colour from underneath (developing and processing using foils to formulate the shimmering shades and framing effect).Amazing outcome!😍

As always my nails are great. Laura is always very professional, listening to what length and shape I want plus is patient when I chose my colour. I have booked again.

Emily did my daughter’s hair and she was amazing! We have struggled to find someone who is able to accurately dye her hair a very vivid colour but Emily was amazing! She saw us twice before hand and her communication in between was brilliant. My daughter will definitely be going back to have her hair done regularly by Emily from now on

I attended the appointment not sure of what I wanted or better of what I needed, but knowing that I wanted a fresh and new look. Emily gave me just that! She was able to advise and guide me through various options, and was able to give my hair texture and an amazing colour, whilst patiently explaining the pros and cons. I'm really happy, and have since received so many compliments and flattering comments from friends and family, many of which highlighting how young I look (which is a bonus!).
