Have been visiting Sophie for my balayage touch ups for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job. Talks through the process with me each time and always keeps it real with what’s achievable and works for my colouring. My hair always grows out beautifully and still looks great right up to when I return for a touch up. The new salon is really beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits!x

I had a great experience. Georgia is so friendly and great at colouring hair. I am really happy with my hair. I had a Balayage it still looks so natural. Definitely recommend her, and feels a good price for all the effort she puts in.

Both Hayley and Sarah were super friendly and hospitable! Although I was waiting 30 mins for my haircut as Hayley was finishing another customers hair before mine, Hayley offered me a cuppa and apologised for the wait, which I thought was very thoughtful of her and I appreciated! Both these ladies always go the extra mile with their customers hair experience, so thank you!

Hannah is awesome! First time having my hair cut here and first haircut in quite a while. I went for a big change from long hair to a bob with balayage and Hannah was amazing. She cut the bob on the longer side to start off with so that I could see how it looked and to decide whether to go shorter or not. She was very accommodating all round and made me feel very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend Hannah. I love the cut and the colour, it's exactly what I asked for and looks better than I'd hoped! 😁

Had the BEST experience with Carly at the butterfly lounge! She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my hair and what I can do to keep it in the best condition. The service was so personal and I felt really at home while I was there! Most importantly, my hair is absolutely amazing! I am totally in love with it and it’s given me so much confidence! Would recommend Carly and the butterfly lounge in a heartbeat!!

It is so convenient having your nails, waxing, massage, hairdressing and tanning all in one stunning place, there’s lovely decor throughout incredibly relaxing from Front door up would 10000000% recommend I’ve moved all of my services here. :)

I was greeted Warmley on arrival by Lucy. I was slightly early for my appointment, but was shown straight to my chair, where I showed Lucy a few photos of the type of hair style I wanted . My hair was washed and my scalp massaged, perfectly relaxing me before my hair cut. Lucy then preceded to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Perfect ! I love my new hair 😍 Lucy is such a lovely friendly young lady. She is my first and only choice for a fabulous professional hair cut and re-style. I am very happy with my experience at Kapille.
