Beauty Beyond expectations, my experience at Loft is not unique though. each client is welcomed warmly into a lovely relaxing and comfy waiting area . My hairdresser, Masinda, took me to her chair (well lit, comfortable, elegant) as a ‘ curly hair specialist’’ ; she sure proved it. BEST cut I ever had in my life , with her professional recommendations I was able to buy all high quality products that would keep my hair bouncy, healthy and shiny forever more! Nicest surprise was at checkout, I expected, with all that I gotten to add up to much more money.

Crystal offered an amazing experience with the head spa treatment, I’ve never felt more pampered! Postpartum scalp care has been a struggle, but now feels so much healthier. John also provided a great blowout at the end of the treatment as well. My scalp and hair have never felt so good!

From beginning to end, walking in the door to the end of my appointment was pure bliss! The staff were very welcoming from the time I had called to book an appointment and couldn’t get one for the time that I was in Niagara Falls and so they put me in a waiting list and I was so ecstatic when they called to say they had a cancellation. I had the Diamond Head Spa Treatment, it was exactly what I needed, so totally relaxing and amazing…. We all know how great it is when we go to the Hairdresser and have our hair washed, it’s never long enough, well this was an hour of that! Highly recommended!

My experience was outstanding. I received a massage to treat my shoulder injury. Scott addressed my concerns in a skillful and professional manner.

As always, the staff at The Loft are both friendly and professional. Peter, my hairdresser, is the best for cuts and colours and I have never been disappointed. Every time I am finished with services, I leave feeling much more beautiful than when I arrived! Feel safe to have any number of the services that are offered!
