First time at the Pink Room and I am definitely going back. Faith was amazing, personable, funny and very professional. Happy with my nails and the outcome. I did a soak off, polgel and simple art. Lastly, the place is beautiful, inviting and calm.

I thought I had made a booking for Monday morning. I had a major chip in my gel polish (from somewhere else) and an important meeting. Despite me not properly making my booking, Lorraine was incredible at doing a quick patch while waiting for a client. She helped me book for the next day (today) at the same time and did a fantastic job with my nails. Not only does she have amazing attention to detail, but the conversations were wholesome and SO enjoyable at such an early time of the day! I actually started my Tuesday so joyfully! Thank you Lorraine! What a gem.

Mars is the best nail tech I've ever had, she does the most perfect polygel manicures, my nails are healthy and lovely, I haven't used tips or acrylic since the beginning of the year, and I will never go back. Thank you Mars, you're so talented and a beautiful soul! Oh and the receptionist, Natasha is so friendly and warm, I really enjoy coming to the salon and their professionalism. Keep it up ladies!

When you walk into The Pink Room, it’s truly magical – the vibrant pink tones instantly lift your mood, and you can’t help but feel happy. My nail tech, Faith, was amazing – she took great care with my polygel set, and my nails turned out flawless. Vanessa, who did my toes, was equally amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, and the variety of colors and designs was impressive. The quality and service were top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next nail appointment!

I have been with Nailporium for the last 10-years which in itself is a testament to the meticulous work that has, and continues to be done on my hands and feet. Further to the impeccable service that Chama and Lorraine offer, the LCN nail products that they use on my toes and nails is incredible. My nails are naturally long and adorned in elegant nail art which is often a conversation-starter.

What an amazing and relaxing day I had . I told my husband how Naomi takes pride in her work and that she is a perfection always checking that the nails are smooth and clean and also checking if you happy also with the color you chose. You so relax you even forget to drink the water she offered you, Thank you Naomi I had a wonderful afternoon spending it in your presence. In received few compliments with the color on my nails.

I always look forward to having my nails done by Tee. She's always professional and her work is fantastic. I do gel overlay, mostly french and love the product she uses cause it last and my nails are as strong as when one would use acrylic. Since I've been with Tee my natural nail is healthy and strong as there's no damaged to it with the product and her technique used.
