Great experience with Yen at Lovely Nails. The spa is so peaceful and nice and Yen did an amazing job cleaning up my bad acrylics and giving me a Gel X strengthening manicure. Exactly what I wanted. She is such a friendly, thoughtful, gentle (which I really appreciate) Nail Tech. Totally recommend.

The customer service is very good. I booked a last minute pedi appointment but one tech left early and so there was no one to take me on schedule. The owner called to personally apologize for the wait and offered me an upgrade on my pedi. I thought he went above and beyond. The techs are friendly, skilled, accommodating and very competent. So I definitely feel like I get value for money here with prices that are competitive. The only reason I hold back a star is for cleanliness. This aspect desperately needs attention.

I had an amazing first visit experience at Lovely Nails Spa in Pawtuxet Village! The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a great selection of polish. My gel pedicure was so relaxing—especially the hot stone leg massage—and my feet look fantastic! The eyebrow wax was precise and exactly what I wanted. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, making me feel pampered from start to finish. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming salon with top-notch service, I highly recommend Lovely Nails Spa!
