Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

Lou is a great therapist. She offers a quality service. Had a foot pedicure - so relaxing. Gel on nails looks great.

With Covid, after 2 years of constant hand washing and use of antibacterial gel, my hands and nails were absolutely stripped of all goodness. I needed a good treatment to restore them so I treated myself! My hands and nails feel "human" again and the manicure looks great! Gemma is very welcoming and so friendly - thank you Gemma!

I cannot stress how kind and considerate Lynds is when it came to my super-sensitive nails, due to pregnancy! She took her time, gave me different filing options and checked in on how each step felt - and was very patient when I could barely cope with the BIAB gel. 😭 As always, going to these appointments feels like going to see a mate in the best way and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! 💕

My appointment today with Christina was amazing as usual. She is very friendly and professional in her work. She does a super pedicure nails look lovely and feet are soft and smooth. I can walk well again after having an excellent pedicure. I can highly recommend her. Xx

This is the second time Gemma has done my nails. When I went the first time, my nails were in an awful state but she made me feel very comfortable and gave me an amazing hand treatment that made such a difference immediately, as well as an IBX manicure and gel manicure on my natural nails, with lots of helpful advice to get my nails back in shape! Again today, she has given me an amazing manicure and my nails look so much better than a few weeks ago. Gemma is so warm and chatty and clearly very talented. I have booked my next appointment and will definitely keep going to her! Thanks Gemma!
