Wow! I called on the off chance for same morning appointment & Robyn had space for a requested full French gel pedicure. My first time with Robyn & am blown away by her friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness which are top priorities for me having bad/let down experiences in the past. I felt valued & not rushed (with a refreshment!) and her detail to work is unmatched! A real positive experience, it would be an honour to have her do my treatment(s) again. I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!

New Gel's are great and also the colours are brilliant.

My nail technician was gentle, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. The foot massage was amazing, and my nails look absolutely perfect — smooth, shiny, and beautifully shaped. I also appreciated how hygienic and professional the whole process was. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and ready to show off my toes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
