Emily’s nail art is superb in every way. She also made sure that I was happy with my treatment at every step: shape, length, biab, gel colour, and design. I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Rachel is amazingly professional and thorough. I opted for a simple manicure - wanting a fresh look just using regular polish (although I know she does some breath-taking nail art).
