I have been attending The Nail Room for the past few years. The atmosphere and service are welcoming, with friendly and professional staff who create a relaxing experience. The nail technicians produce high-quality work, particularly with acrylics, gel polish, and natural nail care. The salon maintains strict safety and hygiene standards and is always spotless and clean. The products used are of high quality and offer good value for money, even for complex or long-lasting services. The service is excellent, and I always feel like I am visiting friends. I have been visiting The Nail Room since November 2024. After years of nail bitting I never thought that I would have beautiful nails. Heather has worked wonders, she explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. There is a wide range of products and colours to choose from, Heather is always happy to advise, and nothing is too much trouble. The new shop is lovely and welcoming, the new booking system is so easy to use. Thank you Heather, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I've been going to Clare since September 25. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. Very friendly & welcoming. My nails have never been as good.
