I have been attending The Nail Room for the past few years. The atmosphere and service are welcoming, with friendly and professional staff who create a relaxing experience. I have been visiting The Nail Room since November 2024. After years of nail bitting I never thought that I would have beautiful nails. Heather has worked wonders, she explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. There is a wide range of products and colours to choose from, Heather is always happy to advise, and nothing is too much trouble. The new shop is lovely and welcoming, the new booking system is so easy to use. Thank you Heather, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Amazing nail tech explains everything well and always do the best designs

Clare is amazing! I only dreamed of having my own nails look so good without the need for acrylics! I'm no longer dreaming, my nails look amazing, and as a bonus, Clare is such a lovely lady 🖤

Caroline is fantastic. She explained the procedure clearly and answered all questions I had, checking in throughout I was comfortable. I'll be back for further treatments!

Brilliant as always. Heather has done my nails for 11 years and is extremely talented, friendly and professional, highly recommended.
