This was my first time at R Luxury. Booking was easy to do online. Amanda was terrific. She truly listened to me and ensured that I was satisfied with every step of the process. I had a full set of bio gel nails with French tips and chrome. She did a beautiful job and was easy to talk to. Coffee or tea was offered which was a really nice touch. I will definitely be back.

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

Not only is her studio consistently spotless, and her services are 5-star worthy each and every time, but her hospitality is what has made a devoted client out of me. It isn't common to feel truly valued as a customer these days; with Nataliia, you do. The Nespresso coffee, the little treats she offers to nibble on, and her meticulous attention to detail, ensuring my nails are absolutely perfect, are what keep me coming back over and over. This was my first time having a service done at R. Luxury Nails, and based off of my experience today, I can easily say that I’ll be coming back! I had a bio gel manicure done by Saily, and she did a fantastic job. She was genuinely warm and friendly and paid close attention to detail. I absolutely love my nails, and I’m super appreciative of Saily for her hard work, and for ensuring that I was happy with the end result. Definitely book your appointment with them! :)

They did great work on my nails and treated my daughter very well to occupy her .. she was given hot chocolate and she enjoyed it. I had a pedicure and full set of bio gel. She did an awesome work to my nails and executed the design for what I needed for a wedding. Would definitely go back again.

It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Enjoyed a day of pampering starting with lashes by the queen. Janita; my lashes have never looked this good and been so healthy!! Moved on to my nails, gel fill and gorgeous fall colour, cherry mocha 🍒🍫, Hannah always fabulous and amazing shaping, incredible artist (design queen) and fun chatting too. Lastly, pedicure with gel polish with the fantastic Sandy..the best pedicure, Sandy never takes short cuts, always so kind, truly sweet, Sandy’s smile lights up the room, she truly is incredible and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. You don’t know what you’re missing, come to Lux ♥️💅🥰

Hannah is absolutely amazing. I have tried so many nail salons where I would leave disappointed every time and need to go home and re shape my nails, but the gals here kill it every time with both application, shape and overall look. My gel nails have never once broken in between fills and they never look too thick. Plus Wendy who runs the desk is personable and lovely. She will to go out of her way to get you an appointment and is a positive way to begin/end an appointment.

It was my first time ever going to lux I had Kevin do both services of mine he was amazing ! I absolutely love my bio gel nails he did they are exactly like the photo I showed him and he also did a pedicure and it was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had, I will definitely be coming back and 1000% will recommend!

Professional as always. So many options to choose from. Her builder gel manicures maintain their shape, colour, and in over a year of being with Nataliia I have never had a chipped or broken nail. This alone makes the service an essential appointment for me. My nails are stronger and I always feel confident and put together. 12/10. Highly recommend.

Emily is amazing! I hadn’t had my nails done in years and she took great care of my nails. I had nearly no length and with Emily’s support my natural nails are long, strong and healthy. She has answered so many of my questions about the Gel X, and soft overlay process, including safety for my hands using the light(s). Emily is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. If she feels a design hasn’t come out right she will ask you how you feel about it and change it if requested. The end results always come out beautiful and amazing! 5 stars!
