I’ve been coming to Elegance Nail & Spa since it opened many years ago and the service is always great. The salon itself is very clean and the prices are amazing! The staff that did my nails were both great incredibly talented and kind. I now live in Chicago but try to stop into Elegance whenever I am in town!

Iman is the sweetest nail tech ever. She educated me on builder gel and how I can strengthen my nails after damaging them for years with acrylic. The shop is adorable, staff is nice, and the environment is very clean. I love getting my nails done with Iman.

My new favorite place to get my nails done! I’m allergic to gel and acrylic nails (I get blisters, redness, swelling…) but they have HEMA free builder gel and I had no issues with it. I’m excited I can get my nails done again. I also tried their waterless pedicure and loved it! Staff and customer service is A+. I had services done with Jenny, Iman, Kiki, and Christina… they were all wonderful!

Kiki did an amazing job! I was nervous because my nails went through it. I had one nail that completely ripped in half and she was able to add a gel x tip to make it even with my other nails! I also had a nail that was ripping in half and was super sensitive. She was careful, removed my old manicure and add gel on top so that it won’t lift with no pain! Overall, I was super satisfied with this manicure and always satisfied every time I visit

Kiki was amazing! She let me know that the prior nail tech may have only done one coat of builder gel and that was why it was lifting after 2 weeks, so she re-did everything and did the best cuticle clean ever! She’s my go-to from here on out! Also, I love the salon and all the girls in it, everyone is so friendly and fun and o love how quiet the salon is as well. Can’t go anywhere else!

This was the best manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting manicures since the early 1990’s and then as a profession I got gel acrylics. My poor nails were so damaged. Ilona did a wondrous job. I’m never going anywhere else again.

I went in for a Russian mani-pedi today for the first time. I had Nora as my nail tech for both hands and feet, and she did a wonderful job. I am someone who’s very particular about my nails, yet, she needed minimal to no direction throughout the entire process. She executed the job perfectly. My nails look fantastic!

I heard from Naperville mom’s Facebook group that the Russian manicure was the route to go and they are awesome. I couldn’t be more impressed with the process and consult before hand. It is a 90 minute appt so be prepared for that. I’m a dental hygienist, so I wash my hands 3x an hour. I’m very excited to see how they last. They don’t hurt my natural nails and feel odd like other gel polish did to me in the past. I wanted to build strength too. Can’t wait for my next appt. I’m hooked!

I have been going to elegance for five years and I absolutely love it! Never a bad chemical smell like other nail places and you even get a little massage while your nails are drying, which is a great touch!
