Visited Urban Glo for the second time in two weeks! First Lisa did my eyelash extensions and brow tint, I am so happy with both. Then Tina did my Pedi and full set of Gel nails they are beautiful. The decor and atmosphere are great and everyone is very skilled and friendly.

I LOVED my nails. I have tried other places for Gel X in Vancouver and this is so far the best. Amy is super talented. She chose the perfect color for me, and the nail extensions turned out exactly how I wanted them. On top of that, I was having such a bad day, and Amy was super nice and attentive!

Helen created this “Pearl flower” polish, which is more like a Long coat curly Teffybear fur effect polish. It’s super duper cute! They are so elegant but also fun and creative. 🤍 I got this polish in white and I feel like I put a PRADA / Yves Salomon Lamb 🐑 fur coat on my nails. Highly recommend ~

I have been regularly getting my nails done by Madoka since October of last year. She is absolutely incredible! I tend to get fun and sometimes fairly elaborate designs and she has done every single one perfectly. The salon is conveniently close to where I live, but even if it weren’t, I would happily travel from just about anywhere in the lower mainland for the quality of her work, and her lovely personality. I get people stopping me to ask where I get them done frequently. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

She was so amazing and made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived. She made sure to be very gentle on my nails and it felt like she worked efficiently but not rushed. We had a great conversation and I was so comfortable! She is truly such a sweet person and did such a wonderful job with my manicure ♥️ I absolutely love how they turned out! Very friendy nail spa. Teresa always goes the extra mile. I love the hand massage she does at the end. This is not a consistent procedure with all staff. I love the help I get when choosing my colour. I love the greetings when I arrive and the farewell at the end. I have never been kept waiting for my appoinment and often have another staff member start the procedure when I am early and Teresa is finishing with her previous client.
