I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

My mother and I went for bio gel fills and shellac manicures with Flower and Ellie and like usual they did not disappoint. The attention to detail they provide is amazing. You do not feel rushed they make sure every nail is even and shaped perfectly. I always leave feeling the same, this is my favourite set. Most fun I've ever had at a nail salon. Vibe was great. Everyone had a smile on their face, very welcoming and friendly services. Had a full Pedi with Gel polish, done in 40 mins. Can even watch TV while being worked on. Price is very fair. Service was EXCELLENT!!! Definitely coming back next time I need my nails done. DID I MENTION EVERYTHING'S PINK?

I got bio gel, manicure and pink chrome nails, I can not tell you enough how fabulous they look. Alysia was great. She expertly cut and filed my nails. Sounds picky, but I like it when it feels like my tech knows what they are doing with confidence. I got cat eye polish and she took her time and care to ensure the magnet did the full effect to get the classic results. I didn't feel hurried out, like some nail salons and techs make you feel on a Friday night. That being said, I was in and out within the 1.5 hour appointment timeline!

This was my first time at vanity nail and beauty bar and they did not disappoint! I booked a set of acrylics with some advanced nail art, and I was soooo happy with the results. They turned out even better than the inspo pictures. I also got a pedicure which was calming and relaxing. The girls there are patient, friendly and very attentive. I have had the best experience at Pearl Nail bar with Chris (twice) and Ashley (once). Sekai is hands down the best place for manicures in the city. I used to live super close by so it was naturally my nail salon. Now that I live further I realize how spoiled I was. Every time I get my nails done somewhere else I regret it, so I make a point of travelling back to Sekai when I need my manicure to last. My fave technician is Mithu. She is so kind and takes extra time and care to get my nails just right. My manicures always last longer than from anywhere else, so it’s worth the slightly higher cost. I highly recommend Sekai!
