First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

Had my second message by Lisa, she is a diamond. I just couldn’t resist of booking again so a zen treatment it was of aromatherapy reflexology only involving feet but really paying attention to relaxation and mindfulness. Oh my days, I felt ever so good. She stimulated the immune system working flow all the way through the body and sole using essential oils (I chose samples of lavender, rosemary & neroli). It’s not very often I do this, I even tipped her a bit extra as she deserved it. She’s done so well this year. For all the hard work I gifted her a box of chocolate & card to say thank you!🥰

Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made the whole visit even more relaxing. The massage itself was excellent perfect pressure and tailored to exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely looked after.
