Fran truly goes above and beyond! I had a massage with her, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus — it’s clear she has an incredible understanding of the body. I was recommended to use Charlotte for a B12 shot by my reflexologist. I'd been recieving NHS shots so was apprehensive about getting a shot from a clinic but Charlotte's knowledge and professionalism beat the three NHS doctors I've seen! She asks you to complete a form that she puts through to a governing body to approve the injection for - so you know her service is of utmost professionalism. Won't hesitate to use again! Trish 😊

Booked to have my lashes lifted and tinted by Aliona and I’m so happy with the results! I was nervous after a bad experience elsewhere and didn’t want my brows done at first because they’d been messed up before, but Aliona made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She listened, gave great advice, and did an amazing job. I’ve got lots of strong hair, and she handled it beautifully. I left with gorgeous lashes and brows. Super professional, kind, and talented. The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

So easy to book and Charlotte is just absolutely lovely! She did an amazing job waxing my daughters eyebrows.

I had a lovely gel pedicure with Zoe today! I mentioned I’d have my 8-week-old baby with me and might need to breastfeed — Zoe replied straight away to reassure me it was totally fine, which put me at ease. She was so welcoming and kind, and I felt really relaxed. My nails look perfect — neat, smooth, and beautifully done. The foot scrub was amazing too! Such a nice treat and a great new-mum experience. I left feeling refreshed and like myself again. Highly recommend!
