My first time to “Upscale Nails” and it won’t be my last! The studio was beautiful and such an inviting relaxing energy as soon as you walk in. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist who offered me a beverage and then taken care of by the lovely technician. My pedicure was so relaxing and well done, and the complimentary shiatsu shoulder massage while I had my pedicure was such a treat and way better then the typical “massage chairs” at most of places I have been too! Thank you so much for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back

I have been looking for a nail studio that not only does amazing nails but also has amazing service. Historically, I only get one of the two. Today, I felt like I was in heaven. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, the visit was marvellous. Not only is the studio beautifully designed, the people who work there are all so pleasant with each other. No loud talking, just polite and incredibly kind. Oh…. And my nails look fabulous too! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great service as always - Nikki gave me "party nails" for the holidays with the upscale manicure - nice massage, mask, and paraffin. Very relaxing atmosphere and I appreciate the little extras like tea and treats. Also, the essential oil diffuser is amazing; it always smells amazing in the spa!

A gift for my mother-in-laws birthday and from the moment we stepped into the door the staff and atmosphere were welcoming, kind and engaged. The salon provided a welcoming calm environment with extremely attentive staff who provided an amazing treatment with great massages and nails that are lasting (no chips). Definitely coming back

I have really hard skin on my feet around my heels & toes and I need a more thorough callous removal. I only noticed when I got home that it wasn’t the best. Other than that the treatment was very good and the polish & massage was great. And of course the girls are all so nice.

This has got to be one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Greeted by the owners and the lovely staff. Offered drinks and a little dish with a few goodies to eat. I felt extremely pampered and I left with the most beautiful toes. A wonderful spa experience. I'd highly recommend to anybody who would like a professional beautiful treatment.

Reyhan has a gift of creating beautiful natural looking nail shape. Whether they are long or short, she somehow knows what to do:) when I come I just trust her fully, whether on the length or colour!

Always amazing!! All the ladies and Ali are soooo kind and so precessional .The salon is immaculate and beautiful. You get treats and a massager for your neck and back. Today I had a manicure and pedicure by Shakila. She paid a lot of attention to detail and the foot/leg massage was amazing. I’ve been here I think 6 times now, and every time I come, no matter who I get, I’m always super happy with the quality of the work done. The warmth and excellence of all the staff is guaranteed. I have visited many salons over the years and can say that Upscale is in a league if its own.Good parking too!

Zina gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. The whole experience was more than I expected. All the staff at Upscale Nail salon are welcoming and very friendly.

First time going and was completely wowed. The staff there was so lovely, and always checking in to be sure we were having the best experience. Not only is the space absolutely serene and luxurious, they offered complimentary massage belts that really took the service above and beyond. The one technician was struggling to get one of my nail perfect, due to a slightly frayed polish brush (such a minor detail I could barely see it), but was happy to do redo it numerous times over until she got it. Both my friend and I are already planning to go back and are very much looking forward to it!
