I’ve been going to Shae for my hair since 2020 and I can’t imagine ever letting someone else touch it! She’s so sweet, gives the BEST head massage, and has turned into a great friend over the past 5 years. She’s always amping me up during my appointments even if I let my colour grow out way longer than I should. Her work is unmatched!!

Simply amazing! I had a massage with Vanessa Leblanc RMT and I had the perfect first experience with her! Before the massage she really listened to me and what I needed. She focused on the part of my body that were painful. After the massage she gave me lots of explanations and advices on what to do next at home. She is great! Next appointment is booked already! Had the pleasure of booking with Jaydon for my Grey blend and he did a fantastic job. It was a challenge given my hair but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient and made sure it blended perfectly for a seamless grow out. I came to Shae with a full blown “project “! I had decided to color my hair again after having gone naturally grey for the past two years. Words cannot describe the beautiful look she gave me with foil highlights that simply melt naturally into my new base color. She is so knowledgeable, creative, professional and friendly. A true gem!

I had a therapeutic massage with Vanessa. She was sensitive to my needs, and listened to my clues that I needed quiet time while providing a relaxing massage. She was also friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Jessica is a saviour and an absolute angel!! I went to her with a botched layered cut that I was completely devastated over. I had long hair down to my belly button and ended up with layers above my shoulder. Uneven and sheared so thin that I had whole sections missing. Jessica fit me in same day for a consult and a cut the next day. She spent an hour *thoughtfully and carefully* cutting and blending, and was able to save the hair that I did not think could be saved! Thank you thank you thank you!

It was my first time getting a haircut since coming to Canada, and I was a bit nervous because my English isn’t good. But the staff were so warm and kind that I felt truly cared for. The haircut turned out beautifully—better than I imagined. They listened to my requests and paid close attention to every detail.
