I am an avid gardener so upon arriving my nails were in bad shape! This was my first Gel Manicure at the spa. I was highly impressed by the beautiful results! I left with my smooth very symmetrical french manicure and healthy cuticles (IMPRESSIVE). I have my next two appointments already scheduled!! Thank you for the coffee & treats! Just an overall wonderful experience, great way to start my weekend!!

Went to Sophie for a haircut and colour today and I couldn't be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure to ask clarifying questions before starting. Throughout the process, she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Sophie's expertise and attention to detail truly showed in the final outcome. I haven't felt this confident and satisfied with my hair in a long time. I highly recommend Sophie for anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable hairstylist!

I’d give Janelle 10 stars if I could. She’s a sweetheart and took the time to listen to what I truly wanted. While our time was long, given my hair was previously dyed and is super thick, she is the first stylist I’ve had in years to really take the time and give me what I was asking for. The atmosphere at R&R was welcoming and relaxing. Janelle and I chatted and I felt like I knew her forever. I’m so happy with the outcome and looking forward to my next appointment. He absolutely mastered what I wanted and took the time, effort, and really perfected my hair! you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Best experience I’ve ever had in a salon! As many of your know, to get the a great blonde, you are there for a very long time. I usually dread the experience because of this. Yesterday, I went in at 1:30pm and it was the most relaxing, most fun afternoon I’ve had in awhile. I was pampered to the extreme and felt so comfortable. Started my visit with Melissa and ended with Jayden (who is my new go to for everything blonde and style). But all the staff made the experience! 10/10! Already booked my next appt and can’t wait ❤️ I haven’t looked or felt this good in years. Big THANK YOU!
