They were very professional, and the whole experience felt very calming. I had the Seder treatment with Sabira, and I highly recommend her. The only issue I faced was with the chair during the hair wash, as it was uncomfortable on my neck.

My masseuse Sandra was so good, she targeted all my sore spots, while keeping good moderate pressure as I requested . I felt so relaxed after. She was also very kind, spoke gently , keeping the whole experience very calming.

From the moment I stepped into Klei spa, I felt like I had entered another world, serene, elegant, and soothing to every sense. It was absolutely divine! The warmth, the gentle exfoliation and the steam. After the treatment, my skin felt unbelievably soft, my body completely relaxed, and I carried the most beautiful, clean, subtly fragrant scent with me all day. I had an amazing experience at the spa with the Deep Sleep Massage and Hydra Glow session. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Kaine for her professionalism and care—she ensured I was comfortable throughout and delivered a perfect massage. My skin felt refreshed and glowing after the Hydra Glow. I haven't been here for a year and a half because I changed locations but when I came now they have definitely upgraded the design of the place the professionalism and good quality pedi and manicure and as always aisha for the hair was very very good definitely coming back

The hair treatment was excellent, and I really liked it. However, the foot massage wasn’t very good because the therapist had long nails, and they were hurting me during the massage.
