⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Proverb Men’s Signature Facial was insanely good — more like a full-body reset than a facial. From the foot soak to the upper back treatment and Thai-style stretches, every part was spot on. My skin feels incredible, my HRV has jumped, and my body battery has been 100% on waking last 2 days. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Julie is very professional and creates a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. I have tried full body massage, back, neck & shoulder Reiki massage and foot massage. All absolutely wonderful. Julie has recommended Aroma Touch technique with essential oils which I am going to book next time. 5 starts every time!

Fantastic massage

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!
