My first time experience at Jen Head Spa is what I would expect at a spa. I had my facial today and I feel so clean and pampered; I highly recommend it. The facial was gentle and the workers are professional and polite. She also recommended to me a few products that I can buy on my own. Because I have acnes, the worker recommended me to do hand massage instead and it was good as well. I want to come back for other services.

What an experience! I feel so spoiled and pampered. I booked the Jen Signature. Tina began by massaging my back and started on my head spa and facial. I am pretty sure I fell asleep. This was pure relaxation.

The service was very good and relaxing. Hannah made me feel very comfortable, she explained me what she is doing and did a very good job on the head spa , neck and back massage and the Korean facial. Would recommend Hannah if you’re booking a service here.

Very relaxing experience! The ambience inside is nice. I’m not sure if I would get their Hydrafacial treatment again—it was a lot of steps that seemed different from a typical Hydrafacial, and I prefer to be more careful and simple since I have sensitive skin. But the scalp treatment and the massage were so relaxing! The facial massage was also really nice. I would certainly go back for those things!

Hanna was fantastic. Experienced and professional. My facial, head spa treatment and massage were excellent . The atmosphere of the spa was pleasant, relaxing and unpretentious. I was welcomed in and made comfortable immediately. The over all experience welcoming, and comfortable. Truly, Jen Head Spa is a hidden gem.

Amazing service. Scheduled my fiancé the full Jen Head treatment for her birthday. They threw in an extra lip service at no cost as a birthday present. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable when it comes to a dry scalp. Amazing job, my fiancé was very happy and looked extremely relaxed at the end. Smells great walking in. Calm relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Jen Head Spa.

My daughter got me a gift certificate, and I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jen's head spa definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I brought my friend for her birthday and we got the 90 minute Jen's special with the facial. The experience was absolutely amazing beginning with the scalp assessment, a back massage including some hot stones, then the neck and scalp treatment with the facial, finishing with the foot soak and blow dry. We were relaxed and glowing when we left, and already planning our next visit. Tina and Lina were amazing therapist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jen Head Spa was a lovely and relaxing experience for me and my partner. It was our first time trying a hair spa and didn’t know what to expect. We bought the Getaway package of the basic scalp therapy and relaxing facial as a way to get to know the place. The scalp therapy was amazing and my scalp felt much cleaner afterwards. The blow dry at the end is just that - a blow dry. So don’t expect more. The facial was relaxing, but basic. If you want a more inclusive facial service, don’t book the Getaway. Get an actual facial. Overall, it’s a nice place.

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

Best experience ever and I can't wait to go back! Husband decided to surprise me for my birthday because he knew it was something i have been wanting to try for a while now. He purchased the package that included the facial, back massage and scalp massage which took a total of 2 hours. It was best 2 hours ever! Back massage, shoulder massage, scalp rub, etc! I.

I loved it! It was so relaxing and my friend and I did the get away package which had a facial and massage and scalp massage and cleaning. She got so many of my knots out and make sure to even blow dry and apply serums into my scalp after. I’m definitely coming back and bringing my boyfriend and other friends back!!

I really enjoyed my experience. I did a mini facial with Jolie, it was wonderful.

Marilyn was very friendly, welcoming & asked how my day was! The foot soak with lemon & flowers were so relaxing! Julie was super nice, friendly, gentle, & very attentive with the scalp treatment & massage, facial & upper body massage, & ended with a blow dry! Love the extra paraffin hand & foot treatment! Julie asked if I would like to straighten my hair but a quick blow dry is fine w me! The only thing is I understand this is a specialized scalp & massage treatment place but if they can focus on making every pressure point count on the scalp, facial & upper body would be beyond perfect!

First time visiting silky headspa and really enjoyed my experience.I got the package which included headspa,parafin foot treatment,collagen hand mask ,mini facial and back massage .It was wonderful experience and their prices are good too.i will go back for sure .

I was welcomed warmly with offer of water and snacks. I got their package for the head spa & facial. Started with a foot soak and then you change in the room . You get a back and neck massage , mask for the hand and paraffin for the feet. Facial followed by the head spa. Truly a pampering experience. Loved it . Will return for sure .
