Just had the most amazing peel facial at W Laser with Violet and I’m glowing—literally! Violet was so knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience feel luxe and personalized. Michael was the best!! He helped me through the process of setting up an appointment. We talked about what services would be best for me based on what I wanted to improve with myself! Reception staff always makes you feel welcomed and try to anticipate your wants. The store is immaculate, hair is picked up almost as soon as it falls. It was my good fortune to have Michael as my barber. Micheal is a true tonsorial artist. We discuss what i would like done, look at the pros and cons and the finished product gets me complements from friends and family. The best finale is to top it off with a relaxing and invigilating facial; expertly done by Micheal. Truly a relaxing end to a fantastic experience.

Went for a couple deep tissue and it was magical. Lee and Zoe got all my knots out and my girl and I felt so relax afterward we literally melted into the massage tables. We decided to join their membership and got a free facial too. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve had facials in Milan. London and Tokyo but nothing compares to Carmel’s facials at Renew Spa in New York City! The results are amazing due to her knowledge, experience and technique! You look and feel amazing!

Second experience here. I cane last week for a Groupon lymphatic guasha facial. Amazing ok. Tammy took care of me and what a gem! It was so good that I decided to come back for a deep cleansing facial yesterday. And again a 10 outta 10 experience. My pores were pretty clogged w whiteheads/blackheads and I was able to see immediate results after. Doesnt get better than that. Will be back because Im going to become a member and will be immediately booking the 3pack facials. So glad Groupon led me here.

I had the skin former Pro lift facial with Tatiana. She was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. I had an instant glow in my face. Definitely going back for this and other treatments. Also, very clean space, lovely.

This is beyond the best Spa/medical location thus far in Astoria. From the customer service to the work they put in to ensure you leave feeling calm and relaxed. I come to this location for cupping/needling and let me tell you, my back has felt so good ever since. Thankfully, my health insurance covers this part. Today, however, I had a chance to get a facial/massage combo and it was beyond amazing. Left feeling new. Idk how best to put it, but don’t miss out. Give them a chance!

Ms.Sweetie, is the owner of the unique beauty facial salon, and I've been going to her salon since they've been open so Mrs Sweetie she carry her name very well cuz that's what she is a sweet lovable professional owner and operator and she had trained her girls some of them but they all professional, and I love them all even the husband of Mrs. sweetie.
