Ended up having treatment same day Katie is very good at treatment itself and giving her opinion on the best treatment which will work for me, and not the most expensive treatments instead to make money off you. Genuine honest run company. Rebooked straight after the treatment for phase 2.

Natallia’s bespoke facial was one of the best facial’s I’ve ever had! Natallia is a very experienced therapist and both times I’ve been to see her she has been professional but friendly and great to chat too.

Always so amazing. Not only does a great cut she also helps to give advice on what will work well. 100% recommend 🥰🥰

Natallia is a fantastic professional, and I fully enjoyed the treatment I received. I was greeted with a lovely cup of tea and we had a chat about my skin and any routines. The room was pleasantly warm and the candle-light soothing to the eye. After getting set up for the facial on the warmed laxing, soothing facial treatment with calming fragrances and a variety of moisturizing, replenishing and other skin- technical prproducts, delicately applied and softly massaged. There were also more vigorous massages and stretches

What a great experience! Took my blood, really professional and lovely lady to be around. Will be back for other treatments in sure x

This was one of the most magicaly, supportive, and grounding experiences I have ever had. I was treated to a professional massage in a calm setting; everything was explained to me. I had requested that my services be vegan and this was catered to. I also received some helpful advice on posture, skin care, problem areas in my body, etc. It was a really transformative experience and I wish I lived in Malvern to go back regularly.
