It was absolutely brilliant! Rose was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease as I've never had a skin consultation before or ever discussed facial/ skin care in such depth but still at a pace and level I could understand. She gave really great advice and whilst she throughly went through my background, and then my results - at no point did I feel obligated to make a purchase. It was all genuinely consultative advice and because of that, I would now consider further treatments and products. Shout out to having a knowledgeable and relatable consultant in Rose! 🌟
