Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.

Reema is such a kind, well-educated, and experienced professional. She did full arm, full leg, underarm, and Hollywood waxing for me, and it was done with minimal pain and great care. Jeni is a fabulous therapist who offers a wide menu of services using tier one brands such as Elemis. Over the years I have tried quite a few therapists, however I always return to Jeni, as I know I will be happy with the results of her work, be that a facial, nails, waxing or a wonderful massage. Had a fantastic massage with Jenny today and I highly recommend. She’s very good at her techniques and felt much more relaxed after and she’s a lovely person. Always a fantastic experience with Shannon! She always goes above and beyond with treatments, and even microneedling feels like a pamper. Shannon also makes a real effort to get to know my skin as a client which I grateful for and with her guidance I’m starting to achieve a real glow. Highly recommend Shannon and her treatments.
