Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.

Jems facials are sooo relaxing. Jems got the magic touch and makes you feel comfortable and chill! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Jeni is a fabulous therapist who offers a wide menu of services using tier one brands such as Elemis. Over the years I have tried quite a few therapists, however I always return to Jeni, as I know I will be happy with the results of her work, be that a facial, nails, waxing or a wonderful massage. I would thoroughly recommend her!

Had a fantastic massage with Jenny today and I highly recommend. She’s very good at her techniques and felt much more relaxed after and she’s a lovely person. Another thing I love about this place is it never feels rushed and if anything they give you longer time. The best Thai massages in Swindon in my opinion.

Always a fantastic experience with Shannon! She always goes above and beyond with treatments, and even microneedling feels like a pamper.
