My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. Claire makes you feel warm and welcome, I won't list all the treatments I've had they are all amazing.. The microneedle facial which I've been having for around 6 months has been a game changer and has totally changed my completion, its not a sprint its a race..

Hiya. Had a lovely afternoon and felt very relaxed. The massage was lovely, as was the facial - my skin feels lovely. The scalp massage was fab - new experience for me and i enjoyed it. The only feedback would be not to use the wire head massager as i could tell a couple of times my hair got stuck in it. All in all was really nice - thank you 😊

BEST FACIAL EVER!! tried the Chocolate facial for the first time and now I'm booked in for next 6 months! It was super luxurious and my skin feels so clean, clear and smooth the day after. My bacial and facial by Olivia was amazing, would recommend to anyone. Was a perfect way to spend an hour and a half on a cold winters day. The products used smelt amazing and the massages were amazing.
