Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Had my 3rd Microneedle facial. I can see a difference in the overall elasticity and texture of my skin. It looks brighter and refreshed. A lot of pigmentation has reduced giving an overall glow. I'm 62 and people are commenting on how well I look, so it's definitely working in a subtle but noticeable and more natural way than alternatives which is exactly what I wanted.

Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

My experience was absolutely amazing.I had a back problem for many years and having a back massage has changed my life for the better I couldn’t even carry my toddler children bend down or do any other physical activities. The massage was amazing soothing and relaxing healing.Her facials are all brilliant hydro facials and all the other facials they are all relaxing with a beautiful atmosphere lovely and holistic .She such a warm sweet lady who makes you feel good about yourself very healing healthy for everyone. Wow, what can I say. I have had the most relaxing and fantastic morning. Having a tailored facial with shoulder and arm massage followed eyelashes and eyebrows. Nicola was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I melted into the bed during the treatment, feeling incredibly relaxed. Her knowledgeable on products, services she provides and skin is second to none. You feel you can relax and trust her fully.
