this is my fourth time at the salon and I really wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my hair, all the staff make me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable every time, and the atmosphere is always really good, all of the staff have a great sense of humour and all co operate amazingly well. I am so pleased with my hair and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the fantastic job the girls do, so glad i found this salon and I genuinely think it may be one of (if not the) best in Manchester

I had an amazing 5* Glow Hydra-Facial and Massage experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the holistic approach made it feel truly rejuvenating for both mind and body. I went to Nicole for a take off and new set of classics. This is a salon from home which is very comfortable and fit for purpose. She checked what my requirements were and explained what she was doing throughout. The whole experience was very relaxing and felt more like a therapeutic treatment. I was given an aftercare pack including lash shampoo with cleansing brush and an under eye mask and lip mask. All in all the best lash experience I’ve had - thoroughly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. She also did a brilliant job of waxing and tinting my eye brows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I also have pedicures with gel toes that last ages! Id like to say thankyou Carly xxx

Faiza was so welcoming and friendly. I had my first hydra facial and it was amazing experience. She also did head massage it was relaxing. My skin look glowing and deep cleaned. Definitely recommend amazing service.

What a fantastic service the OAP free Tuesdays is!! My father-in-law has dementia and so it is very difficult for me to book appointments in advance as don’t know how he will be on the actual day, Tom and Josh always fit him in and are pleasant and quick (which is a bonus) they even walk him out to meet me in case he gets confused with his surroundings….well done for providing this amazing free service in Failsworth, it is a credit to our community.

First time having any form of treatment. Chloe explained ever step of the way what was happening and how the treatment would feel. Chloe spoke to me through out for reassurance.
