From start to finish I knew I was in safe hands with Laura. She is professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. When I turned up Laura did a mini consultation with me about my aims and chose the right products for me. Throughout the treatment she checks that everything felt ok and if I had any concerns. The room was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep! (Yes with micro needling 😂! I would 100% recommend Laura to anyone who is looking for a facial that leaves you relaxed and glowing! It was my first visit to Gorgeous Melksham and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the team there. I was seen by Chloe who was very professional and I am extremely pleased with my haircut. Chloe I will definitely be back!

Amazing as always!!! I've been going to Ellie for a while now and each time I leave feeling blown away. Ellie is super friendly but, most importantly, listens and works with you to get the result you want. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough.
