I had the most relaxing facial today and felt my anxiety drain away. My skin is glowing and super hydrated. Monthly facials are now a non negotiable having seen a massive improvement in my skin since my first appointment with Alice 8 months ago. An added bonus is the air conditioning unit which with today’s extreme temperatures was needed.

I booked for the Hydrodermabrasion Facial 7-1 procedure and it was the first time experiencing this facial. Klara took the time to explain what she was doing every the step of the way, and checked that I was ok throughout. I definitely recommend Klara for her expertise, knowledge and her passion for what she does. I always leave her salon feeling happy and refreshed (I have had other treatments/facials)! Looking forward to my next appointment - hot stone massage!

Adele gives the best facials and massages! She really understands my skin and always knows how to treat my problem areas. I feel so relaxed during my appointments, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She’s also a great listener—I genuinely love our chats. Highly recommend!

The lady I see also used to work at Harpenden, but is now mainly based in Luton . I decided to keep having the lady as she is very friendly, makes you feel at ease . I feel very comfortable with her so that is the reason I decided to go to this clinic in Luton .

Been going to Daisy for a while now and she’s so sweet and professional. She does my brows (lamination/hd) and my 2D lashes! I’ve been to quite a few lash techs in Luton and she is def the best I have been to. She always listens to what I want, which I change basically every time I go. 100% recommend!

I can’t recommend Adele enough - She is truly brilliant at what she does. Every facial I’ve had with her has been relaxing, professional, and tailored perfectly to my skin’s needs. She takes such care to explain each step and always makes me feel comfortable and pampered. My skin has never looked better. Her knowledge and passion really shine through in every treatment. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your skin and delivers amazing results, she’s the one! So grateful to have found her.

I always love going to this place, I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t even live in Luton anymore and I still drive 2hrs to come here. The ladies are always so warm and friendly. I usually pay for an hour session of laser hair removal which is such a good value for money. Would definitely recommend
