Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for. Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards.
