Amazing visit this morning for a luxury facial massage, after having had my nails done. Alex managed to release a huge amount of stress in my head neck & shoulders whilst giving an incredible facial massage with super kind & aromatic Tropic products. Am feeling so much better. Relaxed & calm & ready to face the rest of week. About to book my next one in as so important for my wellbeing and helps with my lymphatic system system & for me , my pain. Can’t recommend highly enough the whole range of services from The Beauty Lounge byAlex- 1st class service to treat yourself, thank you ☺️

Kasia is absolutely amazing. Throughout the facial, she used high-quality products that smelled heavenly and left my skin feeling incredibly soft and fresh. Hi Alex! THANK YOU so much!! My first experience of a facial was amazing!! Not just that it was a fabulous time with super Tropics products that had an incredible aroma, but you made me feel so relaxed & not anxious - yes I was incredibly anxious about it, but the real bonus was the by products of the massage part that have re-awakened my lymphatic system, almost immediately, when you started on my head & neck! it meant I’ve been able to walk the short distance to my car with much reduced pain & hopefully that will remain for awhile. Now to plan my next one! Thx so much 😊

Kasia was lovely, she explained everything to me and said why she thought the treatment was not for me. She didn’t try and sell her services but recommended somewhere else. For that reason I booked in a facial and Kasia looked over my skin and recommended the best one.

Robyn has been fantastic, I’ve had micro-needling and a facial peel. Robyn talked through my skin concerns and tailored this to the treatment. Robyn was very understanding and non judgmental about some unhelpful skin habits I have! Would definitely recommend Robyn not just for the facial but the general advice/knowledge she has about skin care.

I had a dermaplaning facial plus first time Botox and fillers with Claudia and she made me feel so comfortable! She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be going back for more!
