Had an 80min facial with Ella and it was amazing!! So relaxing that I even might of fallen asleep at some point haha! I like how RLC don't just focus on the face but also get a scalp, shoulder and hand+arm massage while the mask does its thing. Will recommend to everyone anytime!

Ian is so professional and customer focused that it was a real pleasure to spend the time at his clinic. Ian gave me a bespoke facial based on my skin’s need rather than a preset facial menu. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service. My husband never notices when I’ve had a treatment when I’ve had it done elsewhere, but tonight he asked what I’d done because my skin looked fresher, brighter and more taut than it has for a long time. I’m impressed!

Ian is so warm and friendly, he makes you feel at home within minutes. He’s knowledgable and thorough to get a deep understanding of your needs. He’s honest and will always offer his professional advice. Ian has been by my side through my skincare journey since the pandemic started as I suddenly got mask acne, he was supportive and a ways on hand to advise me or listen to me moan ! After a taking care and following the routine Ian put in place, my skin is clear! I had my first million dollar facial last week and a few days later my skin is glowing and dewy. I can’t thank Ian enough!

5* treatment as always at Esher. I had an in-depth consultation incl facial imaging to see where my skin needed help the most followed by suggested treatments. It’s a very relaxing, professional space with extensive treatments to suit everyone.

It was my first meeting with Ian and he did not disappoint. Ian took his time to listen to my concerns and discuss possible treatments and gave me information on the treatments so that I could go away and consider the options. He then did a wonderfully relaxing hydro facial which was bliss and left me with a fabulous glow! Thank you Ian I will be back!
