Throughout the facial, she explained every step and product, which I really appreciated. The lymphatic drainage massage was the highlight so relaxing, along with a beautiful neck and shoulder massage. I finally understand how people fall asleep during facials… I actually did! By the end, my skin looked exactly how I wanted glowy, plump, even-toned, and brighter. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at La Plume! Ravinder did my facial threading and was incredibly precise, professional, and gentle. I also had a classic pedicure with Jennifer, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience relaxing from start to finish. My pedicure was done with great care, and my feet look and feel amazing. Best facial of my life. I’m 43, always tired (because…kids) and after one session with Shaelynn I look 10 years younger AND I was so relaxed I managed to take a nap?!? She’s incredible. The products are carefully selected and they smell delicious without being overwhelming. Shaelynn’s attention to every detail of your treatment is both comforting and reassuring. My skin was glowing for days after I saw her. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to an hour (or two!) with Shaelynn.

I had such a wonderful pedicure experience! The salon was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, gentle, and paid great attention to detail. My feet feel so soft, and my nails look absolutely beautiful. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.
