Was never loyal to any hair salon or stylist until Gretchen came into my life. Not only is she an incredible person who has turned into a friend but her attention to detail and perfection of her craft is astounding. She never disappoints. My hair always looks marvellous when she's done. The salon itself is such a gorgeous space made to feel like home. Her team is so delightful and service is impeccable. Today’s service was spectacular! Kamal accommodated my schedule and provided amazing service, as always. She is professional and friendly as are all the staff members here. Such a beautiful place. The facilities are clean and smelled so good upon arrival. I was feeling stressed out about work and life stresses in general, but after my appointment in a such a zen environnement, I felt very relaxed (the music playing in the background was delightful). Eliza is amazing! Professional, easy going and very gentle. This is the best mani/ pedi I have had on the West Island hands down!
