I loved my facial with Loren! She was so lovely and ensured my experience was relaxing and skin was looked after! I loved the smell and feel of all the products and the added massaged whilst my mask on was just what I needed! Also love the decor, so unique! Thank you Loren, I’ll definitely be back! :)

Nurjan is AMAZING!!! She is such a 'down to earth' person who automatically makes you feel 'at home' and comfortable enough to allow her to do her thing and not stress about anything. I was extremely nervous at first (as I've never done any kind of facial/laser treatment before) but quickly came to trust Nurjan as she took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained everything skin & skin care. A hiden gem with fernwood penrith, women only, a place to feel confident anf comfortable. The only place to go by far the best salon, great staff and atmosphere.

This was my first experience at Esteem Penrith and all the staff were lovely and professional. Would highly recommend.

Jess was willing to give it a go with targeting a specific area that I desperately wanted. Whereas other salons refused to try as they didn't think it would work. First time at slimming studio in Penrith. Great service and amazing staff who clearly explained what I needed to know. Definitely going in next week to see some more amazing results.

My daughter and I came in together for a lovely pampering session. I had Combo 2 and my daughter had Combo 3 (facial, hair wash and massage), and we were both so impressed with the experience. My daughter’s therapist was especially wonderful—very friendly, chatty, and constantly checking in to make sure she was comfortable and okay throughout the treatment. The service felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely caring. The only small suggestion I would make is to have a brief form to note any health conditions or allergies before treatments begin

Most relaxing facial - I left with glowing skin, the face was so relaxing!! including neck and shoulders I loved the eye massage also didn't realise how much tension I was carrying around that area, my skin concerns were addressed before the facial. I will be back for more self care!
