Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

We were welcomed warmly, and my beautician Lucy was very nice and listened to my skin concerns. The deep cleanse facial was great especially the decollage massage which was extremely relaxing and pampering!

Best hairdresser on the Gold Coast! The whole team are expert hairdressers and completely lovely as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my blonde balyage. Their proces are extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommend ❤️

Fabulous! Popped in out of the blue and saw Shanelle. Shanelle was wonderfully helpful, listened to my concerns, answered ALL my questions and gave me recommendations to suit my needs. NO hard sell which is so refreshing. She offered a complimentary mini cleansing facial to give my skin an analysis so I booked it in. Soo happy I did I walked away with a simple routine. I did purchase a couple of the skin basics but that was because I needed to do this. So glad I randomly went in to Simply Radiant Skin and met Shanelle. Definitely going back and will be following the recommendations.

Beautiful experience 10/10. Shanelle persona is very calming and warming, and down to earth! I felt I got more than just a facial with the relaxing time and after service she provided as well. Would highly recommend her and looking forward now to my next apt with her. The beautiful smelling fragrances she used was so uplifting all day long and not to mention my face having an after glow!
