My first time at Heartspace was for a Ka Huna massage with Liana. Wow - what a spiritual, heart-opening experience! Definitely one of the best if not the best one I've ever had! I came in feeling ungrounded,in my head and feint while on my bleed. I walked out feeling totally rejuvenated after! It was pure magic. It's also rare to meet such an awesome person ✨ I'm looking forward to the next one already!

Amazing experience at Bare Skin & Aesthetics! I went it in for a lymphatic contouring facial. Sam was very helpful and thorough. I’m feeling very pleased with my results! Such amazing work! highly recommend! Plus the space is absolutely beautiful will definitely be back to try the salt room & sauna.

I love Rewind, the best infrared sauna on the coast. The sauna is private and you can bring some friends and have a goss or be completely alone. I love to have a Sauna, Salt room and an IV the best way to feel your very best. I also love the facials and massages, really is such a gem of a clinic.

Liana is just next-level amazing. Liana helps you settle into the space before beginning, working with the breath and her massages flow effortlessly. I love that she works intuitively and I always come away from her sessions feeling like I am floating. So grateful for crossing paths with her gorgeous-natured self and that she shares her skills and passion for healing. No other masseur can compare.

Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

My skin feels incredible and I felt like I was in such safe hands the whole process! The new skin needling procedure is my favourite, highly recommend it for anyone after glowing and fresh skin with little downtime! Chanelle adjusted the needles and pressure of the pen to suit my pain threshold and target areas and sent me home with adequate after treatment creams and serums. The clinic was so easy to find & there were ample parking spaces.
