I went for The Executive Reset package, including haircut, beard trim and express facial, and the overall service was outstanding. Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

Hands down the best barber experience I’ve had in Dubai yet. First I walked in at 10:30pm with a colleague and even though they were booked and closing at 11:30pm, we were still able to get a haircut, wash, shave and facial. Also thanks to Irish, the receptionist for taking us last minute. Just one street from our H hotel, I’ll be back tomorrow for the massage and mani / pedi. Excellent skill, exceptional service.. I’ll be back, thank you all!

Naima is simply the best for a hammam in Dubai! Every treatment is so relaxing, thorough, and leaves you feeling completely refreshed. For nails, Vivette is my absolute go-to for manicures and pedicures. She is incredibly meticulous, and my nails always look flawless.
