I can’t even explain how amazing my time was here today. Perfect way to spend almost 2hrs30 on my birthday getting a stone massage then a facial. My therapist was so kind and hands down this is best treatments I’ve ever had in my life. I felt emotional walking out how much just for two hours she made me completely forget about the stresses of life and made me feel amazing and totally relaxed. The best little touches and she made me feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be back. She even helped me with a product to make my skin better . Just amazing - Thank-you so so much for today x 🙂

Customer care and customer service is always 1st class here. You feel relaxed as soon as you go into the salon. I tried the new Luminant facial, and it surpassed expectations. It was not only a lovely facial, that includes your hands, but possibly my favourite so far. My skin looked fabulous afterwards, and was glowing! Thank-you Carol.

I had a wonderful comfort zone facial with a neck and decolletage treatment. Comfort zone products smell wonderful and get you ready for a lovely experience. Another amazing massage from Carol today. I felt very safe & reassured that I was in a healthy & sterile environment without losing the zen ambience. The newly decorated treatment rooms are so relaxing. Carol took her own temperature before taking mine with a contactless thermometer so we both knew that we were safe in each other's company. Carol wore a face shield throughout and for a blissful hour I was able to forget about Covid. Thank you so much Carol. If anyone was hoping for a facial treatment and it was cancelled because of Boris's new rules, have a massage instead!
