We had an amazing, visit. We did the hot /cold package. The sauna was the hottest (which I love) then most saunas we've experienced. The cold buckets in the shower are a great touch. The relaxation of the hand and foot massage was a great distress! And finished off with the salt cave, and fell asleep lol Would recommend for sure! Great to do with a friend or couples!!!

The most amazing staff and place!!! The salt cave is incredible and you feel so good!! The hot salt stone by Abbey! Wow!!! Uber talented and knows exactly how to help her patients with pain. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Going back to the cave in a couple of days!
