I had an Advanced Plasma Facial with Heidi and it was AMAZING! I saw a huge difference immediately after. My pigmentation had faded significantly and my skin was so hydrated and glowing. I've had a lot of different treatments and facials at other places with varying success. But I've never achieved such great results after just once treatment like it did with this. I'll definitely be booking in for another.

As much as I felt the whole facial and massage relaxed. I was a bit disappointed as the promotion included scalp massage which I did not getand also the pressure used was a bit low for me. Also it said included a foot massage however I received a hand massage which was good All in all, I would’ve preferred it being communicated to me in advance as to what is included and what’s not to that I’m not disappointed in the end.

Alexandra was brilliant. The experience was exceptional. Would recommend the Winter Warmer to anyone and will book my daughters in. Loved it. So relaxing. So lovely to have facial and arms and neck massage. Real bonus. Thank you sooooo much. Lesley
