I had microdermabrasion or the “alphadermis facial” and oh my goodness I have never been so impressed with how my skin looked! My therapist was Edin and he took so much time and effort into making my skin glow. He performed extractions on my face and when he showed me the cotton pads I was blown away! I never would have thought that he could get those pesky spots away! My skin was smooth, clear and noticeably refreshed. Edin also took time to educate me about how our skin works and how to properly take care of it. This facial was worth every single cent and I cannot wait to go back! THANKYOU!

The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

Eden was an absolute superstar. He was so professional as he explained everything to me about my skin and what products I should be using in my skin care routine to benefit to my needs. Selene is very knowledgeable, I have tried various places and have found that Lune has stood our for me. Selene can read the play of whether you prefer a quiet indulgent facial or if you prefer to chat a little. Her warmth and friendliness doubles the experience. I love this place so much and the variety of services on offer that I have signed up for a package to get continual skincare treatment/facials. The beauty of the package is that it has a long expiry date and you get great value for your money as Selene customises your skincare at each visit at a much cheaper rate than PAYG.
