Honestly my favourite spa in Gisborne. I absoloutely love Sarah, from my waxing appointment. She's so experienced and makes me feel so comfortable. The rest of the staff are lovely and kind aswell. The buisness itself is just so high quality and run so smoothly. thank you for creating this space!

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial, eyebrow, lip and chin wax session. The hand and arm massage was so relaxing and really helped relieve my stressed muscles. I also loved the hot towel treatment from my chest to my face — it felt amazing, especially combined with the beautiful scalp massage. Absolutely loved my spa treatment. This treatment was exactly what I needed after 6months of rehearsals (singing, acting, and dancing) then 8 nights of performing on stage which saw me painted with green face paint, then transition quickly to brown makeup! The back, shoulder and neck massage followed by facial was absolutely divine! Thank you Kashia. Oura is a beautiful spa salon. I will be booking again.

This was my 2nd time at Oura Day Spa! Experience was great room was clean and cosy. Shan was very apologetic for having a little mishap with wax but made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was okay with everything which I found refreshing! Friendly and kind staff. Will be coming back :)

Honestly i had the best waxing experince with sophie especially after coming from 2 previous waxes at the nail salons in town. She was super kind, she answered any qustions and worries i had about my preious waxes. She layed multiple strips down at a time so i was done super fast aswell. The room was so nice and calming, the bed was comfy and i felt very comfortable in this space.

I had the most amazing experience with Sophie today. The facial was absolutely incredible — so relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what my skin needed. My brows were also shaped beautifully; easily the best brow shape I’ve had in a long time. What I appreciated just as much was her flexibility and kindness. She was so accommodating when I needed to reschedule part of my appointment, and she made the whole process stress-free and easy. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm manner made the entire experience exceptional. I walked out feeling cared for and glowing.
