As always, Emma is amazing at what she does! My first time having Botox so I was SO nervous and she put me at complete ease! She reassured my worries and works quickly and competently which settled my nerves even more so! Also had lip filler done by her which I love! A visit to Emma isn’t just like going to any aesthetician, it’s like going to see a friend! She is honest about what you may or may not need and she is an absolute doll! I cannot recommend Emma highly enough!xx

My 13 year old was complaining of a blocked ear. Instead of waiting for a doctors appointment and several months for ear syringing, I booked her a 15 minute ear microsuction session the next day and I'm so pleased I did! Her ear was full of wax. I visited Black Ivy again today with the intention of having a top up lip filler. However, Emma was very candid and advised I have a lip dissolve and start again with renewed fillers in order to constantly keep the perfect, enhanced but natural look. I agreed as, I always bow to Emma's expert, medical opinion as I know she always has the client's best interests at the forefront. My fat dissolve is going really well and I am delighted with the results so far. I can't wait to start my new round of lip fillers in 3 weeks. As usual Emma was fantastic as is her lovely receptionist. Perfection.

Thank you so much to Emma at Black Ivy Aesthetics for my little cheek filler tweaks to balance out my face. Emma was absolutely amazing! She added exactly what was needed. Because of my face structure, I only needed a tweak on one side and wow, what a difference it’s made! She was so professional and reassuring throughout.
