Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. Today was my first PT session. I left feeling so happy. Luke is an amazing trainer and makes the hour go by so quickly. A personal plan was made for my requirements. It was really interesting to see Luke putting a plan together. I'm going back next week. Thoroughly recommend.

I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️
